I only collect information you choose to provide, plus basic technical information needed to run a secure website:

  • Contact form: name, email address, organization (optional), area of interest, message, and your consent record
  • Newsletter form: email address and your consent record
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time, for security and troubleshooting

I do not sell personal information. I do not use advertising trackers on this site.

2. Newsletter

If you subscribe to Insights:

  • I collect your email address and consent to send you the newsletter
  • Newsletter will send you a confirmation email. You are only subscribed after you click the confirmation link
  • Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email me to unsubscribe
  • I keep a record of unsubscription to avoid emailing you again by mistake

I do not track newsletter opens and clicks.

3. Contact inquiries

If you use the contact form:

  • I use your details only to respond to your inquiry
  • Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form

4. Spam protection

The contact and newsletter forms use hCaptcha to prevent automated abuse. When you complete the CAPTCHA, hCaptcha receives technical information such as your IP address and interaction data to verify you are human.

5. Hosting, logs and cookies

  • Server logs may temporarily store IP addresses and request details to maintain security and diagnose errors.
  • I do not use Google Analytics
  • This site does not set advertising cookies. hCaptcha may set strictly necessary cookies to provide spam protection.

6. Sharing and security

  • Sharing: other than hCaptcha for spam protection, I do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
  • Security: I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no Internet transmission is completely secure.
